Sealed bids or Request for Proposals (of $50,000.00 or more) are advertised in major local newspapers under the legal notices section, here on this web page, and occasionally in trade magazines or other publications that are specific to the particular commodity or service requested.
Only those vendors who have downloaded a copy of the RFP and its attachments will be registered on the official respondent vendor notification list. Be sure to read the bid/RFP solicitation packets thoroughly for deadlines and delivery timeframe information.
For bids less than $50,000.00, Workforce Solutions of Central Texas and CTCOG staff will obtain written or telephone quotes by contacting at least three vendors. In accordance with Texas Government Code 791.001, we have the option of purchasing products that are on State of Texas or cooperative purchasing contracts.

The WSCT board is currently soliciting proposals from eligible, qualified and experienced entities to effectively manage and operate the Workforce centers in the Central Texas Workforce area.
To facilitate the development of this proposal, potential bidders will have the opportunity to submit questions regarding this request for proposals (RFP) and its process. Questions must be submitted in writing via email no later than 12:00 noon on January 29, 2021 to Workforce Solutions bids: jared.porritt@workforcesolutionsctx.com.
A mandatory bidder’s conference will be on February 3, 2021, all interested proposers may join the conference by emailing for log in information.
Proposers must complete this along with the completed application packet.
