Workforce Solutions of Central Texas will host its annual Hiring Red, White & You veterans’ statewide hiring event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Lone Star Conference Center on Fort Hood.

The Red, White & You hiring event is intended to foster opportunities between more than 100 employers with transitioning service members, military spouses, National Guard, Reserve, veterans and their family members. Individuals with military identification or those individuals who can obtain a visitors pass for the installation are encouraged to attend.

The event provides transitioning service members the tools and resources necessary to continue a successful life after their service. Job seekers will have access to recruiters who will be able to provide additional details on what careers are available in a face-to-face interaction.
