Workforce Solutions of Central Texas to Host “We Hire Vets” Employer Recognition Event, Honoring More Than 50 Texas Employers

KILLEEN, Texas – Workforce Solutions of Central Texas is proud to announce its upcoming “We Hire Vets” Employer Recognition Event, a monumental celebration honoring more than 50 employers for their exceptional commitment to hiring veterans. Recognized as the largest event of its kind in the state of Texas, this ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 16^th at Workforce Solutions of Central Texas in Killeen.

The “We Hire Vets” Employer Recognition Event is a testament to the crucial role employers play in supporting veterans as they transition into the civilian workforce. Workforce Solutions of Central Texas, in collaboration with the Texas Veterans Leadership Program and the Transition Assistance Program, is thrilled to highlight and commend businesses that actively contribute to the success and well-being of our veterans.

Lakicia Stokes, Garrison Commander at Fort Cavazos; Joe Esparza, Commissioner of the Texas Workforce Commission; Courtney Arbour, Workforce Division Director at the Texas Workforce Commission; and Jose Segarra, Chair of the Central Texas Workforce Board.
