Workforce Development Board
The Central Texas Workforce Board was established in 1996 by Texas Gov. George W. Bush. Workforce Solutions of Central Texas partners with community non-profits, city and county offices, chambers of commerce, businesses, colleges and universities of the region committed to building economic success in Bell, Coryell, Hamilton, Lampasas, Milam, San Saba, and Mills counties. We are committed to our customer’s success, from career exploration to assistance earning degrees and certifications and into finding employment and building a sustainable career.

We offer career planning guidance and advice for improving your job search, training and education opportunities with the resources, insights and financial support to make it all possible.
Our goal is to empower job-seekers, including veterans, youth, dislocated workers, and people with disabilities in the most meaningful way: by helping them develop professionally.
